Terms & Conditions
Recurring agreements shall be for a minimum of twelve (12) months. Bi-monthly services include one (1) initial and a minimum of six (6) scheduled services. After such time, the service shall continue the same Bimonthly (once every two months) service frequency until a written 30-day notice to discontinue service is received.
Once Bi-Monthly service months are agreed upon it will not be possible to change service months or suspend service for any reason. Specific service dates my be moved within the same month with a 48 hour notification. A phone call or text message is acceptable. Front yard service will be performed on properties when attempts have been made to reschedule the cancelled service and the home owner has failed to return calls or messages left by Results Pest Control team members attempting to complete the reschedule date. The full service price will be charged for the front yard service.
When a client refuses to allow Results Pest Control to complete a service in a given month the account will immediately be moved to inactive status. Discounts given for the initial service will be charged to the client (see Discounts on Initial Service). No further action will be required by the client. Results Pest Control will not re-instate the service under any circumstances.
Discounts on Initial Service
Results Pest Control requires a minimum Initial service fee of $169. When Results Pest Control applies a discount to an initial service it is done so in good faith. Customers receiving a discounted initial service are obligated to complete the 1-year agreement in full. Agreements including 1 initial (in this case discounted) and 5 sometimes 6 scheduled services. If service is discontinued before the terms of this 1 year agreement are met, or if the account is moved to an inactive statues by Results Pest Control because the customer has failed to meet the payment or service requirements the customer will be responsible for payment of services already provided, and Results Pest Control will reclaim the initial discount given.
Recurring Service Includes the following pests:
Ants, Spiders, Snails, Earwigs, Crickets, Pantry Pests (Indian Meal Moths), Black Widows, Mud Daubers, Wasps, Exterior Cockroach, Silverfish (not in attic) and most occasional invaders.
Mice in the Garage or House
If proper sanitation and exclusion is not in place Results Pest Control will not be responsible for these pests. Devices may be put in place to help with the situation but Results Pest Control will not make unscheduled visits to these locations to remove mice or reset / check devices.
Excluded Pests
Rodents in the Attic are excluded from all Recurring services unless, the infestation is documented before pest control service begins or the customer has been on bi-monthly / monthly service protocol for 1 year.
All Wood destroying organisms such as but not limited to, termites, carpenter ants fungus and molds are excluded from all service protocols.
All bird activity is excluded from Recurring and One-Time services protocols.
All bat activity is excluded from Recurring and One-Time services protocols.
Other Expectations and Coverage:
Service also includes spiderweb cleanup on accessible eaves (eaves less than 18 feet high)
Inside service is provided upon customer request at no additional charge during scheduled service visits.
Inside service for ants is provided upon customer request at any time between normally scheduled service dates.
If customer notices anything that service tech missed, or notices increased pest activity in-between scheduled visits they are eligible for retreat services at no additional charge.
